Ideal candidate should have:

· Class A CDL License, valid (if you can obtain CLASS A CDL License, we will pay for it)

· Ability to work in all weather conditions

· Teamwork skills -- must be able to work as part of a team and be able to LEAD a team

· Excavation experience

· Experience with skid steer and backhoe

· Exterior plumbing knowledge

The starting pay range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 a year, depending on your level of experience.
