Tasks

  • Owns the accuracy and timeliness of the sales coordination process including the issuance and closing of LPOs, management of inventory and location and the assignment of units, and with the sales team coordinating the install schedule. Other sales duties as assigned and back-up of other Mc
  • Resolve customer complaints or answer customer questions regarding policies and procedures.
  • Review records or reports pertaining to sales, production, AR and to verify details, monitor work activities, or assist leadership with evaluating sales performance.
  • Input, confirm accuracy and assist with Carrier quote and order system
  • Assist sales people with creating and issuing customer quotes within Salesforce
  • Responsible for the general administration duties such as answering phones, ordering office supplies, vehicle registration, rental billing, other duties as assigned
  • Research, compile, and prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, or other information required by management.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision of documents and paper work
  • May be out with sales calls in different weather.

Education and Experience

Years of Experience

  • Must have 2 years of job related experience.
    Experience with sales in trucking, and knowledge of APU, EPU, and TRU is preferred but not required.

Education

  • Associates degree preferred
