We are opening our fourth Kohler Signature Store in Summit, NJ and we are looking to staff add an Administrative Sales Assistant to our team.
As an Administrative Sales Assistant, you will provide a wide range of administrative and operational support to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Lifting material
- Using Ladders
- Assisting management in daily and weekly tasks
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assisting customer's picking up orders
- Maintaining inventory
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Flexible Availability - Including Weekends, and Holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments while paying attention to details
- Comfortable going up a 3-4 foot ladder, carrying up to 30 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
