We're looking for an Administrative Assistant/Listing Coordinator to join our Real Estate team. In this role, you'll be responsible for various administrative tasks that ensure smooth Real Estate transactions. Key duties include managing client information, ensuring transactions go smoothly, and coordinating timelines/ appointments and events.
This job would also entail opening up for open houses, updating marketing material, coordinating open houses, meeting Vendors, and running errands. Part of this position is able to work remotely; however there are necessary appointments such as Team Meetings, and Vendor Appointments that will be in-person, majoirty of which will be in Ewa Beach and Kapolei.

- Reliable transportation
For the Administrative Assistant the pay is $25-30 an hour, depending on qualifications.
For the Listing Coordinator Role, that will be a paid per transaction.
This job can make you anywhere from $2,500 a month to $6,000 a month depending on our work load the Team has at the time.
