We're currently searching for a warm, welcoming, and articulate On-Call Night Auditor (Overnight Front Desk/PBX Agent) to ensure smooth operation of the overnight shift (11pm-7am) and that every guest's experience at 1 HOTEL HANALEI BAY is relaxing and effortless. If you are a night owl and love meeting new people, being of service, and helping to grow a great brand, we'd love to chat.
QualificationsAbout you...- Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
- Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
- Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
