Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and three years of administrative experience, experience related to the project area or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Coordinate day-to-day activities of projects to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Manage project communications with stakeholders.
- Convene and facilitate meetings, including producing agendas and minutes.
- Purchase materials and manage project budget and expenses.
- Manage a repository of project documentation.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of project websites.
- Event planning as needed.
- Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to define evaluation objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in developing and implementing evaluation plans, including timelines and methodologies.
- Assist in designing data collection tools, surveys, and instruments tailored to specific program evaluation needs.
- Oversee data collection, input, storage, organization, data integrity, and security as guided by leadership.
- Establish data management protocols, including data entry, validation, and quality assurance processes as guided by leadership.
- Assist in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use statistical software and data visualization tools to interpret data and create meaningful reports.
- Generate findings that highlight program strengths and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive program evaluation reports with clear and actionable recommendations.
