Administrative Professional

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven relatable office experience
• Accountable and Reliable
• Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Administrative Duties:

• Answer phone and assist clients
• Accounts Receivable
• Sort and send mail
• Generate, maintain and update customer records in the database
• Assist managers
• Invoice & statement generation
• Generate work orders
• Collections
• Confirm accuracy of Arborist proposals
• Maintain inventory of supplies

Typical end time:

• 5:30PM

Typical start time:

• 9:00AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
