Form of workWe are looking for highly motivated individuals with expertise in repairing cracked and damaged heat exchangers, as well as fabricating steel and aluminum frame components for the same. We need a candidate/s with steel welding and aluminum TIG/MIG welding experience to repair and recore any make or model heat transfer product type.
This position will require technical ability for trouble shooting, and performing the following on heat exchangers when welding skillset is not being utilized:
- Complete tear down, and reassembly
- Clean, inspect, and flow/leak testing (diagnostic testing)
- Cleaning DPF Filters via bake & blast / wash & blast (Training available)
- Painting, and steel prep using grinding and sanding tools.
- Hot Pressure Washing
Requirements
- Steel Welding & Aluminum TIG/MIG Welding for Repair, and Recore of Industrial Heat Exchangers
- Work with a diverse team of individuals in a fast-paced service environment.
- Be on time, and willing to work overtime when required.
- Follow all mandated safety, and standard operation procedures.
- Shared facility and work area cleaning requirements
- Willing to accept mentorship for continued skill growth
- Forklift Operator License (we can provide the training module)
Salary Description
$24-$28.50 per hour
