Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Two years of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis.
Recruitment Notes
This position reports to the Surtax section of the Housing and Community Development Division. The incumbent will be performing advance administrative tasks and should have knowledge of various software programs.
Pursuant to the authority in Chapter 8B of the Code of Miami-Dade County, when there is a declared state of emergency issued for any portion of Miami-Dade County, all employees of Public Housing and Community Development Department will be required to adhere to directives from the Mayor or the Mayor's designee to report to work and perform all duties assigned during a declared state of emergency.
