- The Contractor will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative and office functions necessary to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Duties cover a wide range of office tasks to include assisting contract personnel in administrative work, such as coordinating LOIs, filing vouchers, ensuring security clearances and Common Access Cards (CACs) do not lapse, assisting with in-processing/out-The Administrative Officer may be requested to support some exercises in an administrative function and will be required to travel occasionally.
- Assigned Functions.
- Orders generation and production support.
- Website support.
Qualifications:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in military staff work.
- Have strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Have excellent organizational abilities and a self-starting personality.
- Be able to work and lead in a team environment with demonstrated leadership and customer interface skills.
- Have working knowledge of current Microsoft Office applications.
- Have good analytical skills and be able to operate in a demanding environment while executing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Security Clearance Required.
