Job Description Summary:

Provides administrative support and basic level clinical support to physician practices to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services.
This role does not function as an MA but may be required to perform basic, non-invasive rooming and VS skills if needed.
Attends AMA training to gain clinical experience before placement into ambulatory care site

Minimum Qualifications:

High School or GED (Required)

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

• Completion of School of Administrative Medical Assisting or Medical Secretary training
• 1+ years as Medical Secretary
• 1+ years as Administrative Medical Assistant
• 1+ years as both Inpatient Unit Clerk/PSA
