Job Purpose: The primary responsibility of the Administrative Manager is to streamline and supervise administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination among various departments.
The following are essential function of the job:
- Create, generate and produce various comprehensive reports for multiple departments in a thorough and timely manner;
- Inspect manager submitted reports for accuracy and completion;
- Primary accounting support for corporate and site managers to include but not limited to budget review and tracking, audits, auctions, bank deposits and cash handling;
- Introduce new and effective administrative tasks to site managers to encourage efficiency, consistency and reliability;
- Provide leadership, expertise, and training to enhance administrative production
- Provide support to maintenance manager to ensure detailed record keeping and invoice processing;
- Enforce company procedures, policies, and ethical standards as written in company handbook and operations manual
- Exceed performance and production goals as measured by newly introduced efficiencies promoting cost saving and/or time saving achievements;
- Execute responsibilities with a professional attitude and thorough communication;
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all company personnel and outside vendors;
- Must be able to work independently, research, and seek additional counsel if needed, to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues
- Performs other duties as assigned by Executive VP and VP of Operations
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Assists in monitoring and reviewing managerial reports and tasks.
- Oversees and confirms auction processing is within state lien laws and adheres to company policies
- Supervises monthly and/or quarterly audits
- Supervises payroll timesheets to ensure minimal overtime hours and effective staffing
Required
· 5-10 years of experience as an administrative or industry-related manager
· 5-star proficiency in various computer software programs to include Sitelink, Microsoft Excel, Upkeep and Yardi Systems
· Strong analytical skills
· General working knowledge of office equipment and functionality
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
· Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
· Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record per company, insurance, and state policies and regulations.
Physical Requirements
Continuous sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting. In addition, must be free of communicable disease and meet community policies and procedures regarding necessary physical health.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
