Alcrete’s product is primarily for the movement of storm water purchased by excavating, utility, grading, and site contractors.
Alcrete operates from precast manufacturing facilities located in Pell City, Alabama and Jacksonville, North Carolina and a corporate office in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.

Position Overview
The role of Administrative Manager at Alcrete is to lead and manage the administrative functions of the Jacksonville, North Carolina plant. In addition to the administrative functions of the business, additional support will be provided to Accounting, Human Resources, and Production.
Responsibilities
- New hire processing.
- Team member vacation and sick day tracking.
- Office supply purchasing.
- Production supply purchasing.
- Production materials receiving.
- Office organization and filing.
- Processing mail including customer payments and vendor invoices.
- Managing delivery of team member’s bi-weekly pay stubs.
- Organizing monthly team lunches.
- Managing office visitors.
Qualifications
- Willingness to attain North Carolina Notary Public designation.
- Five years’ experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in database management.
