Job Description
Overview:
This position is responsible for high-level administrative support to the CEO and other senior staff as directed. The Executive Assistant will plan and orchestrate work to ensure the CEO and other senior staff priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld. The Executive Assistant will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as unexpected interruptions. This position will also help us achieve organizational efficiency by nurturing a positive, inclusive work environment within the Las Vegas office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other authorized leadership staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for CEO including quarterly luncheons.
- Schedules and attends meetings as needed, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication and mail on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Assists in office efficiency by maintaining common areas, directs incoming calls or visitors to the appropriate individual/department.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate food deliveries when requested.
- Assists in light administrative tasks for the HR department.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by authorized leadership staff.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment with strong problem-solving ability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least four years of related experience required.
