Are you ready to elevate your career and be a driving force for transformative initiatives? We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Executive Analyst to join our team. This role, specifically providing support to Salem Health's Human Resources division, is a unique blend of analytics and research, lean expertise, executive support, and culture championing – a perfect opportunity for someone ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research, analyze data, and present insightful findings for various initiatives, committees, and dashboards.
  • Partner with executives, directors, and managers to implement strategic lean initiatives.
  • Support strategy development, planning, and deployment.
  • Provide support and leadership to continuous improvement initiatives, recommending lean tools for successful goal achievement.
  • Be the bridge for smooth interactions between executives and their daily demands.
  • Manage information flow, prioritize conflicting needs, and ensure timely resolution of matters, while under deadline pressures.
  • Play a crucial role in supporting executive functioning and accountability.
  • Cultivate effective collaborative relationships with institutional partners, departments, staff, physicians, and customers.
  • Demonstrate commitment to a positive work culture, modeling respect for people, and consistently delivering on expected results.

Background/Expertise:

  • Bachelor Degree or a minimum of 8 years of executive administration & analytical experience required. If degreed, preference given to degree in Business or Healthcare Administration and those with a clinical focus.
  • Minimum of two years in a healthcare setting with expertise in PC-based spreadsheet and presentation creation required.
  • Minimum of three years of progressive experience with demonstrated statistical and analytical skills required.
  • Knowledge of lean tools with lead leader certification required within six months of hire.
  • Possess strong conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Embrace the role of a resource employee, contributing to organizational knowledge and processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose letters, memos, and take minutes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.
