Monmouth Program: Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday:9am-3pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
- Create and maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Engage individuals in recreational activities and outings
- Document individual progress and report any concerns to supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Knowledge of hospice care, childcare, dementia care, senior care, or assisted living is a plus
- First aid and CPR certification is desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with individuals of diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
