Summary
Coordinates various administrative tasks (training, certification, conference, and membership). Supports multiple projects and functions of the Institute. This position is a 40-hour/week, in office, exempt position.
Relaxed/Casual/Small Office Environment, Casual Dress.

Responsibilities
· Assist with website updates and coordination with website vendor
· Assist with supply ordering for office, kitchen, and training courses
· Manage office vendors such as printer, FedEx, and office liaison with building
management
· Assist with membership functions such as membership mailing and webinars
· Store order processing and inventory in online store
· Maintain Vibrations magazine mailing list and work with Media Committee Chair, Graphic Designer, and Printer to ensure execution of quarterly magazine.
· Perform other duties as assigned such as certification and training-related activities including, but not limited to: correspondence courses, training course materials, and assisting with certification exams.
Skills/Qualifications
•Proven experience in an administrative role
•Knowledge of database, CRM or Association Management System (AMS)
•Working knowledge of office equipment
•Thorough understanding of office procedures
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proven accuracy and attention to detail
•Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
•Must be able to function as part of a team in a small office setting
•Must be able to lift 50 pounds
•Must be available occasional nights and weekends

Pay: $45,000.00 - $46,500.00 per year
