Administrative Clerk (Per Diem)

Position Overview: We seek a dedicated and dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our clergy team, including the Senior Pastor and Associate Pastors. This role is integral in ensuring smooth operations within our church community.  This position is Per Diem and would work approximately 8-12 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and manage written communications to support the clergy team.
• Proactively organize various church spaces to accommodate diverse church activities and events.
• Deliver exceptional front-desk service, offering a warm welcome and assistance to visitors.
• Actively engage at the outreach desk, providing information and support to our community members.
• Versatile involvement across different church departments contributes to our diverse programs' success.
• Direct outreach to program recipients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computer and telephone systems, with a flair for adapting to new technologies.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as church events and programs require.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
• A collaborative spirit, eager to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to our church community.
