Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain, scan and upload all customer folders to company data base (Onbase)
- Enter and maintain AIMS work orders for the maintenance dept.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Greet visitors
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Consolidate and report contract employee time to their respective agencies
- Maintain reports as directed by management (Monthly man hours, TracID, etc.)
- Monitor stock of office supplies and report when there are shortages
- Perform other office duties as assigned
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
