Position Outline

Due to the continued growth and expansion of our business, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Administrative Clerk based in our Port Lavaca Texas office.

The Administrative Clerk will be assigned onsite at client location in Point Comfort, Texas.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Communicate with vendors, and other internal departments, obtain bids and award orders.

· Answer phones, filing, help keep office organized and other basic office duties.

· Monitor office supply inventory, anticipate needed supplies, and place supply orders.

· Distribute incoming mail to all staff and prepare outgoing mail.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· MS Word, Excel, Outlook experience.

· Must be great at multi-tasking & organization, be a team player, and a quick learner for fast paced work environment, and have great communication skills.

· At least typing 40 WPM.

· Knowledge in AS400 a plus.

· Contracting/Purchasing experience a plus.

· Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

· High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
