Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper organization and storage of files and documents.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Pay Rate: $23 per hour
