At least High School Diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the reception area, breakroom, general telephone directing, and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
- Work directly with the UPS and FedEx vendor to ensure all packages are being delivered in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory for all office supplies, janitorial supplies, and inventory parts
- Data Entry - AFPS (Purchase orders, order confirmations, and invoices), QuickBooks (credit card transactions), and Lotus (tasks and contacts)
- Order and distribute marketing material
- Manage Gmail account daily. Check for spam and route emails to appropriate employee
- Tag parts for projects
- File paperwork
- Maintain levels of inventory and physical count at appropriate intervals

PERFORMANCE REVIEW:
Performance reviews with respect to defined annual Agreement on Objectives and Professional Development (training) plan are conducted twice per year.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation is salary based with an annual review. Annual profit sharing bonus is defined in Compensation Development document in employee's personnel file.
