Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Supports office administrative functions and processes with assistance, backup, coordination duties and process mail as well as answering the door.
- Assists with planning and coordinating office-wide processes.
- Monitors inventory and places orders for office equipment, supplies, or provisions.
- Scheduling meetings and video conferences.
- Arrange travel including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, out of town dining, and car rentals.
- Based office duties as assigned.
- Minimum HS Diploma or Associates Degree.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist role.
- Experience planning and coordinating travel itineraries.
- Good computer skills - MS Office including Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
