Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with order entry and processing
- File, transcribe, and distribute documents as required
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent proofreading skills for written correspondence and documents
- Proficient in data entry and order entry processes
- Ability to file, transcribe, and maintain accurate records
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Apple, Adobe, Excel
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles
