Zion Restoration Counseling Services is an established and collaborative private mental health clinic based in Fairfax, VA. We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and detail-oriented individual that works effectivelt in a busy office environment.
Successful candidates must have a sales background with experience in excellent customer service skills and a track record in building relationship with clients.

- In Office Schedule : Tuesdays 10-6, Wednesdays 10-6, and Fridays 10-6
Responsibilities include:
- Daily answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling clients and entering information into EHR system
- Providing exceptional customer service by promoting our clinical services.
- Collaborating with other administrative staff to streamline processes as needed.
- Assisting with design of back-office systems, file organization, SOPs, and other administrative supports.
- Managing accounts and information in all platforms provided and required.
- Prioritizing workload daily while delivering high quality results and meet performance targets
- Exuding professional energy and interpersonal engagement while providing positive experiences to clients and co-workers.
- Assisting in marketing our brand online and at events; locating and coordinating community events; and attending events occasionally.
- Attending meetings, training courses, and other learning and development opportunities as made available and/or required.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related program (preferred); HS Diploma (required)
- 2+ years experience in sales and adminstration support, private practice, or similar office management roles (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
