Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant located in Manchester, NH. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support in maintaining the efficient operation of our law firm. The Legal Administrative Assistant's duties include:
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and overnight packages.
Maintaining and updating the conference room calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring rooms are prepared with necessary materials and equipment.
Ordering office supplies, equipment, and other materials as needed, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
Tracking attorney Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits, including monitoring deadlines, submitting applications, and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with opening and maintaining client and case files, ensuring compliance with file management procedures.
Assisting in coordination of firm events and activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communications.
Providing administrative support to attorneys and staff; including remote staff.
Assisting with accounts receivable and reporting related thereto.
Assisting with special projects as assigned, which may include research, data analysis, and preparation of presentations or reports.
Collaborating with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow within the office.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal case management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
