The Administrative Assistant is the liaison between our Firm and existing and prospective clients. One of the key roles of the position would involve maintaining relationships with our clients, requiring excellent phone and in-person listening and communication skills. The ability to multi-task is essential, along with a warm, friendly, and customer-oriented demeanor.
Administrative Assistant Duties:
- Perform and maintain client onboarding procedures
- Contact clients by telephone, text, and email to set and confirm appointments
- Assist in preparation of client and prospect pre-meeting and post-meeting activities
- Collaborate and expedite tasks with clients and product sponsors
- Manage and utilize our Firm’s Customer Relationship Management database system (CRM) Integrate CRM with other technology platforms
- Maintain confidentiality of the Firm’s & client’s information
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong administration skills to include multi-tasking, organization, scheduling, and attention to detail Superior computer skills including Microsoft Office & CRM database experience required
- Social media marketing experience is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set goals and meet deadlines to obtain required results, working independently and within a team
- Possess a positive attitude and deliver five-star customer service through exceptional level of professionalism and business acumen
Job Type and Salary:
- This position is part-time, 20 to 30 hours per week
- Workdays are Monday through Thursday
- Salary is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience
