Job Summary
This position provides support to the Workforce Solutions Dean and staff. Works closely with other college departments to facilitate customized training operations including instructor support, student enrollment, billing, and payments.
Job Duties:
This position provides support to the Workforce Solutions Dean and staff. Works closely with other college departments to facilitate customized training operations including instructor support, student enrollment, billing, and payments. Answers telephone, maintains appointment schedules, makes meeting arrangements, and prepares itineraries. Collects and compiles data for reports and performs general support duties such as preparing correspondence, memorandums, reports, filing, project tracking, etc. Orders supplies, equipment, and maintains expenditure totals. Assists with time and attendance records and monthly ProCard reconciliation. Occasional Saturday work is required. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree (related field) and one-year related work experience or equivalent. Must possess excellent organizational and customer service skills, be able to work effectively on a team in a fast-paced environment, and be current with technology and computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; possess excellent customer service as well as strong written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience handling confidential information and possess a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. Must be detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and the ability to work independently or as a member of a team. This position requires a high level of professionalism and initiative, as well as the ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and adjust to changing priorities.
