Evo Technologies is seeking a candidate with strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
A hybrid (two days minimum at the HQ) office setting. Normal business hours are between 8:00 AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday, except state holidays.
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
- Analyze and interpret data as it relates to DDA Administrative Services to
include Operations, Fiscal, Appeals, Legislative Services and IT.
- Assists the Program Manager with research, and compiles data at the
direction of the Program Manager. Analyzes and interprets the data with
the Director and other program heads within DDA.
- Prepares statistical tables, charts and reports, and other spreadsheets.
Reconcile vendor invoices submitted for payment.
- Assist the Program Manager with the formulation and distribution of the
individual and group weekly meeting agendas and minutes.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Analyze and interpret data.
- Assists with research and compiling data.
- Enter and track provider information for Medicaid renewals.
- Prepares statistical tables, charts and reports, and other spreadsheets.
- Formulation and distribution of weekly meeting agendas and minutes.
- Logging information in a google form or spreadsheet for tracking purposes.
- Assists with collecting, filing, and tracking daily, monthly, quarterly, and
annual reporting requirements.
- Research and compile data.
- Assists with statistical tables, charts and reports, work-flow charts, staffing.
