Your responsibilities include:
Understanding the academic needs of each student.
Effectively matching and assigning students and tutors according to subject matter expertise and learning preferences.
Building strong relationships with tutors and understanding their respective teaching strengths.
Managing tutor schedules and ensuring timely delivery of tutoring sessions.
Providing ongoing support and communication to both tutors and students.
Implementing strategies to enhance the overall tutoring experience for students.
Experience / Skills:
K-12 Education Experience, in teaching, counseling, or tutoring capacity.
Strong and positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective organizational skills.
Compassion for student success in their academic journey.
Technology Proficiency: Tech Savvy, Microsoft Office, scheduling software (preferred)
Compensation:
PT Hourly Rate: $20 per hour + Bonus
Full-Time Salary: $40K + Bonuses. Paid holidays, sick and vacation days, health benefits/financial supplement, retirement plan.
