We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who really understands company operations and can assist the team in a broad range of tasks. The ideal candidate will assist the associates of the firm in generating invoicing, coordinate accounts receivables and payment processes. The candidate will assist with the generation of project fee proposals and vendor cost coordination. A successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications.
Construction Methods is a small firm in Rolling Meadows, IL. We have been in business since 2018. Our client base is primarily commercial and we are a professional services provider.
