In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Routine communications, such as web page maintenance and routine departmental communications.
- Oversight of departmental document controls processes such as EHS related documents, forms and associated file management.
- Departmental budget support, including processing invoices, department purchase requests, etc.
You will also perform general administrative work, such as:
- Submit work orders
- Oversee department vehicle maintenance schedules
- Manage the department phone voicemail tree
- Monitor the department email account
- Coordinate & schedule department functions
- Oversee the department on-call schedule
- Assist with calibration needs for office equipment
- Coordinate new employee onboarding for department staff
- and other support as requested from the Associate Director of Compliance Assurance.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of office experience
- Ability to utilize a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Google Office Suite (Slides, Forms, Docs, Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to adapt to and manage a variety of tasks, meeting deadlines & working independently
- Excellent writing skills, including good typing and grammatical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders: this includes excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn additional software applications to support multiple vertical lines of business.
