Shifts:
There are currently Multiple Shifts we are hiring for. Please make sure to select the correct one that you are interviewing for when requested. Also, by the time you interview a shift may have been filled, please schedule you interview at your earliest as this is a "first come -first serve" basis.
2PM-11PM (Mid-Night Shift M-F , Rotating Sat.)
10am-7p (Mid-Day Shift ONLY FRI. & SAT.)
*The first three weeks are used for training purposes and are paid at a different rate, your pay changes immediately after you have been trained*
Responsibilities:
-Assist the Sales Manager during their time of show casing in all admin ways but not limited to....
1-Invoicing
2-Packing
3-Responding to messages
4-Organizing orders/ work space
5-Communicating Efficiently with Sales Team
6-Assisting Live Team with orders and overall organization
Requirements:
- Passion for shopping jewelry and clothing. bags, etc.
- Detail-oriented and attentive to instructions from management
- Open to doing things the company way and adapting to suggestions for improvement
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
-Flexibility and openness to changes in schedule depending on business needs with proper consideration and notice.
-Ability to use technology for time tracking, communicating with leadership and other team task
As an Admin. Assistant, you will play a crucial role in organizing sales, working with a team of Sales Representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
