Job description
Responsibilities
- Provide caring customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products or services.
- Process invoice payments.
- Keep customer records up to date.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other veterinary hospitals to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and animal handling techniques is beneficial.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Duties and responsibilities may be added or modified based on business needs.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
