Job Description
Partners Personnel is hiring Administrative Assistant for a new start up in Glendale, KY. This person will need to be fluent in English and Korean.
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties as required for executives as needed
- Maintain Calendar(s)
- Process Travel Requests as appropriate
- Coordinate Materials for Business Meetings
- Translate notes as needed

Minimum Qualifications and Key Experiences
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Demonstrated dependability
- Experience in administrative/office position
- Fluent in English and Korean with the ability to translate either language as needed
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office suite Products (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in administrative role supporting Executives
Preferred Qualifications and Key Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree
