CLJ Consulting and Contracting LLC is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Assistant who is intrinsically motivated, highly attentive, and proactive.

PLEASE NOTE : This position is TEMPORARY for 2 to 3 months
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Performs a variety of clerical functions, such as travel, training, timekeeping, records management, document control, and requisitioning with the Integrated Acquisition System (IAS).
- Develops record systems which control the location, arrangement, and use of active files, and systematic retention and / or disposal of records according to established plans.
- Receives visitors, answers, and transfers calls, and maintains the Director’s calendar / schedule as required.
- Assists Property Manager to transfer and survey documents necessary to reconcile the annual inventory.
- Attends meetings to keep abreast of new or revised regulations, procedures, and methods related to records maintenance and document control activities.
Skills Required :
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
- Strong communicator (written and verbal).
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, work independently, and have good judgment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Some working knowledge of the Air Force Enterprise (i.e. HQ Air Force, MAJCOMs, and Program Executive Offices).
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Ability to pass a secret security clearance.
Required Experience :
1 year of experience in an administrative role.
