Job Description:
My Perfect Stays is excited to announce the Grand Opening of our Kihei location and is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency of our property management department, ensuring seamless financial transactions, and nurturing relationships with our vendors, owners, and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive relationships with our vendors, owners, and guests through effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Utilize office software, including Google Docs and Microsoft Office applications, for various administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
- Provide support across various projects and areas within the company.
- Assist our team by traveling to condos using our company vehicle as needed.
- Ensure accuracy in record-keeping and financial transactions.
- Employ problem-solving skills to resolve issues diplomatically.
- Familiarity with property management software systems is advantageous.
- Exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid HI Driver's License
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Knowledge of Google Docs and Excel Spreadsheets
- Quick learner with software programs
Wage: Depends On Experience (DOE)
