Apply Job no: 1820 Category: Administrative JOB DESCRIPTION We need someone additional help in December for about 3 weeks to provide receptionist desk support for this location while someone is on Maternity Leave. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed Assist with clerical tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and data entry Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, work with mailroom on any outgoing packages Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Place work orders for HVAC, plumbing, issues in office to building manager via app. Communicate with internal team on any office issues such as plumbing etc.
Efficiently use computers, software, and technology to create and communicate with others; Outlook, MS Word Experience in CRM, Ticket Manager would be great but not required Work with minimal supervision, minimal feedback, and minimal direction Demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Administrative, office, and clerical needs such as data entry Managing the physical office environment and maintaining a comfortable workspace. Must be able to work while the manager out of the office from Monday, December 18 - Friday, December 29th. We will close at 2pm on December 24th and be closed all day December 25th.
