The Children's Home of Reading Youth & Family Services is seeking an in-person Full -Time Administrative Assistant for the Pennsylvania Forensic Associates Bethlehem office, who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. Hours: Monday- Thursday 11:00AM-7:00PM & Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant duties revolve around managing and distributing information within the office: answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files. This role is responsible of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers assisting in daily office needs and managing the agency’s general administrative activities. This position will foster a HUMANE atmosphere within the Front Desk Operations as well as the entire organization.
