Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate investing business. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing Communications: Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, partners, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organizing meetings, appointments, and events, and managing calendars to ensure efficient scheduling for the team.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible when needed.
- Assisting with Marketing Efforts: Supporting the marketing team with various tasks, such as drafting social media posts, creating marketing materials, and coordinating promotional campaigns.
- Providing Administrative Support: Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed, including copying, scanning, and filing documents, ordering office supplies, and other ad-hoc duties to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required
