Job description
The Medicine Tree is a world class healing environment that supports the recovery and maintenance of health & wellness to the people of Golden, CO and surrounding communities.
We’re looking for a Rockstar Administrative Assistant to support a busy, multifaceted, patient-centered integrative medicine clinic.
The tasks and responsibilities of this position will vary from week to week and would involve everything from answering the phone to assisting in hands-on patient care to more mundane things like vacuuming and wiping down door knobs. Your vocabulary doesn’t include “that is not my job.” Nothing great was ever built alone.
You should be a skilled and adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is autonomous, can follow directions with ease and might be considered a jill-of-all-trades as this role and its tasks are ever-changing. You love the telephone and find real joy in laughing and socializing with patients, making them feel like the only person in the room. You are authentic, outgoing and ready to commit to the long haul.
There is unlimited growth potential. As the practice and our services expand, so will your opportunities and income. The more you can bring to the table, the quicker this will happen.
- A minimum of 20 hours per week, daytime schedule with major holidays off (rare weekend commitments when we are present at community events.)
- 30, 60 and 90 day reviews with performance-based raises.
- Starting pay: $20/hour.
So if this sounds interesting and you’re ready to become an integral part of a team as we help people find their way towards health and wellness, apply today.
