Job Description
- Provide highly sensitive support to the CEO, CFO, and staff
- Perform a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations
- Assist with accounts payable processing and electronic filing of all A/P invoices
- Maintain all office equipment and associated supplies for copiers, postage machines, etc.
- Greet customers heading to administrators
- Input data entry as needed
- Maintain patient analysis spreadsheets
- Reconcile cash reports for bank accounts
- Prepare daily bank deposits
- Receive and distribute incoming mail
- Arrange and coordinate meals, refreshments for board and staff meetings and other meetings as needed
- Interpret and implement policies and procedures, and deal with computer applications related to the department or organizational unit to which assigned
- Demonstrate exemplary customer satisfaction skills, in person and over the phone
- Apply proper business correspondence formatting
- Use initiative and independent judgment within established policy and procedural guidelines
- Analyze and resolve office administrative and procedural problems
- Perform basic research and prepare reports and recommendations
- Organize own work, coordinate projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and follow up on assignments with minimum direction
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, subordinates, superiors, the public, representatives of public and private organizations, and others sufficiently to exchange or convey information

- High School Diploma/GED required
- Two Year College Degree in Business or related field required
- Two Years of Office Administrative Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Word
- Utilize proper English spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lift and carry 20 lbs items
- Eye-hand coordination required
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment
- Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports
- Dress in business casual attire, with jeans and company shirt on Fridays
