Job Summary: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Administrative Assistant role is vital to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior Administrative Assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
