Administrative Assistant needed in the office at our screen printing company.
**Please note we are located 18 miles south of Cairo, GA. 7 Miles north of Havana, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls or take messages.
- Print UPS shipping labels.
- Invoice completed orders and email customers.
- Filing.
- Communicating with vendors.
- Keeping customer files up to date.
- Entering bills.
- Purchasing.
- Provide general support to visitors and customers.
-Some bookkeeping.
-Order entry.
-Light cleaning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or office admin assistant.
- Experience with multi-line phone system.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook).
- Attention to detail is very important.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
-Experience with UPS Worldship and industry specific software ShopWorks would be a plus.
-Being a little tech savvy is also a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
