Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service is key in this role
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Filing
• Data Entry
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & G-Mail
• Mature with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
