Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for management and staff.
- Proactively manage and organize calendars to optimize efficiency.
Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Respond to inquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents as needed.
Office Organization:
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
Travel Coordination:
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
