Administrative Assistant
Customer Service:
Communicate with production to answer customer questions regarding order status.
Communicate with customers regarding due dates and any potential changes.
Answer customer questions if possible or refer to correct party.
Order Entry / Document Control:
Enter incoming purchase orders into computer system. Print work orders for production floor.
Complete document control on customer drawings by scanning blue prints and linking within computer system.
Enter incoming requests for quotes into computer system.
Receptionist:
Answer incoming calls and direct to correct person.
Accounts Receivable:
Send customers invoices once work has been completed.
Any other duties assigned by supervisor:
We are looking for a dedicated individual that is very attentive to detail. A friendly personality is needed to interact with customers. Computer skills are essential including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). The ability to learn new software quickly is important.
Monday - Thursday (40) hrs. (Friday - Sunday (off)
$22-$27 HR. BOE
