What we offer:
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
- Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)
- 2-4 weeks paid training

Responsibilities:
- Handling daily office tasks: filing, creating/maintaining project binders, occasionally generating reports when needed, and maintaining office supplies
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
- Support designers & project manager(s) by performing tasks related to department
- Create and prepare initial estimates for materials and services
- Create final client estimate proposals/scope of work for designers to present
- Enter all client & project information within company software program(s)
- Assist in documenting and/or creating department procedures/standards
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience
- Occasionally travel to job sites to gain contractor project estimates
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proper professional phone etiquette
- Advanced time management and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to designer’s & project manager’s needs
- Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision or within a team setting
- A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
