Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will support the President and Vice President of our manufacturing company located in Humble, Texas. The ideal candidate will work at minimum 40 hours per week and occasionally overtime and must be available to travel within the United States, on occasion.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing strategic administrative support tasks to the President and Vice President of our organization.
- These tasks may include but are not limited to, records maintenance, compiling data reports, scheduling appointments and meetings, heavy calendar maintenance, answering, screening and routing telephone calls
- Make travel arrangements; book flights, rental cars, and hotels
- Organize and maintain filing system both hard copies and electronic.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Must be willing to agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Three to five years’ proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- High school diploma
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects with similar priorities.
- Communicate effectively with staff.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and stay on task.
- Self-motivated, decisive and have the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Suites, SmartSheets, and Teams
