Administrative Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, track all client information
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining documents
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is required
- Familiarity with psychologist/attorney office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with data entry and computerized record keeping systems is desirable
